Our fundraising has taken on extra meaning as RDN staff has chosen our park out of many in the RDN to apply ( Needs to be approved by RDN directors) for the Provincial Government funding Grants for Rec and trails announced by Premier Christie Clark Recently. There is a section asking what community contributions are in place for parks and trails and the CMRA will be donating all Bottle Drive funds to the Park as well as any extra we currently have in our account that we can donate without cutting into funds needed for our presentation for Highway access.
